Huo tui ji dan boo
Ham and egg bun is a Hong Kong-style rolled pastry. It consists of dough that's filled with a slice of ham and eggs, then rolled before baking. The dough is usually prepared with a combination of flour, sugar, eggs, milk, yeast, salt, and cream. Before baking, the buns are sometimes brushed with sugar water to give them a nice glaze. They can be found in many Hong Kongese bakeries and in Chinatown bakeries overseas.
