Pašta s krumpirom

Pašta s krumpirom (lit. pasta with potatoes) is a Croatian dish that is often considered a poor man’s meal. It is made with a combination of potatoes, scallions, salt, pepper, pasta, and oil. Scallions are sautéed in oil, and small pieces of potatoes are then added to the pot with salt, pepper, and water. When the potatoes are cooked, pasta is added to the pot, and the whole thing is mixed together before serving.
