First of all, when you go there, you are greeted by an ordinary restaurant from the 90's. Inside, an old gentleman welcomes you (the owner). After asking how you are, he asks you what you want. My suggestion is develi ceviklısi, which is a local dish, and ask for 1.5 portions instead of 1. Then, there is an average waiting time of 10-15 minutes at your table. When it first arrives, you can put parsley in it and squeeze lemon in it. Although it resembles Konya etli ekmeği (meat bread), it is made from tail fat and gives the meat an excellent taste. It is a nice place to go with the family. and very close to the square.
