Peynirli Pide review by hurkanakbiyik at restaurant esra, Amsterdam, Netherlands

Our next dish in the restaurant was a version of pide with cheese. Bread quality was at top again. The cheese was famous Turkish white cheese and tasted well. Mushrooms were cooked outside and put on top of the cheese was a nice touch. Sprinkles of meat pieces and fresh onions also created a nice mixture. This dish could get a better score if there was no pomegranate sauce it made the dish so sour.
