One reason to visit Amsterdam NDSM. Pretty big portion and cooked nicely. The meat was tender and full of flavor. The sauce with onion and thyme was a great touch and helped refresh the taste between bites. The pickled onion on the side didn’t add much for me and felt a bit unnecessary. Overall, a strong dish. You should definitely try it if you’re into ribs.
