The eggplants in the eggplant kebab were easily peeled. They were meaty and soft. They were not bitter. The meat in the kebab was delicious. However, the eggplant seemed more tasteless than the meat. Even though I ate it together, it did not absorb the taste of the meat. It can still be tried.
