Island Banana Bread
Island banana bread is a Caribbean treat consisting of butter, flour, eggs, milk, mashed bananas, and shredded coconut. The bread is often topped with chopped macadamia nuts before baking. Some cooks like to make the bread even more unique by adding some lemon peel or allspice to the combination in order to improve its flavors.
