Haagse bluf is a light and airy Dutch dessert consisting of egg whites, powdered sugar, and berry juice. The combination of these ingredients is whipped into stiff peaks so that it looks bigger than it really is, hence the name that translates to the Hague Bluff. The dessert is traditionally served in glass cups, ideally with a ladyfinger stuck on top.
