Xôi lá dứa

Xôi dừa là is a Vietnamese dessert belonging to the group of xôi dishes that are made with a base of sticky rice. It consists of pandan-flavored steamed rice that can be combined or topped with coconut milk or coconut cream. The dish is occasionally garnished with grated coconut as well as sweetened and roasted sesame seeds. Apart from the flavor, pandan gives the rice its typical light green color.
