Kanepeler Windsor

Slices of toasted bread are first cut into strips and coated with a spread made from white-fleshed fish, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, then finished with a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese. Before serving, canapés Windsor are shortly baked to get the cheese on top to melt and make a crust.
