Pizza Tirolese

Tirolese or speck pizza consists of tomato sauce, mozzarella, and thin slices of cured Tiroler speck. Although it is typical for South Tyrol, this pizza is eaten throughout the country. Tirolese can sometimes be enriched with the addition of mushrooms.
