Kelle Paça is not seasoned, this is where the biggest difference comes into play. Other than here, most places serve the offal you want in seasoned broth. This way, the meat and soup do not integrate. You do not encounter this problem here. The garlic and hot peppers that come with the soup are not lethal. I recommend it.
