Biskvit od meda is an old dessert from the Croatian city of Virovitica. It consists of eggs, flour, sugar, honey, and ground walnuts. Biskvit od meda is baked on medium heat, and when done, it is traditionally cut into squares before serving. Although it is quite dry, this dessert was a real treat in the olden days.
