Chicken Shish Wrap

Tavuk şiş dürüm is marinated chicken, cubed, threaded on a skewer and grilled over charcoal, then rolled in thin lavaş with onions, parsley, tomato and pickled or grilled peppers. It is the most ordered wrap in many Turkish kebab houses because it is the lightest and cheapest of the grill, and it is also the one most often done badly. Unlike the minced Adana or Urfa dürüm, the quality depends almost entirely on the marinade and on which part of the bird is used.
