Moules parquées is a traditional dish originating from Brussels. The dish consists of raw mussels that are served on the half-shell. They are usually served with a sauce consisting of lemon juice, mustard, ground black pepper and sometimes vinegar, although they can be served only with lemon juice. It's recommended to enjoy moules parquées with a glass of white wine on the side.
