UN Bakery Tea and Coffee

Bacon & Goat Cheese Bouchée is a sophisticated appetizer or snack that combines savory, salty, and creamy elements. Crisp, smoky bacon is wrapped around or served alongside mild, tangy goat cheese (keçi peyniri). The 'Büş' likely refers to a bouchée (mouthful) or a small pastry bite. The heat slightly melts the goat cheese, mellowing its tanginess which pairs perfectly with the salty crunch of the bacon. Often garnished with herbs or a drizzle of balsamic glaze, it creates a flavor explosion in a small package.

Bacon Goat Cheese

Tavsiye ederim.
