The dough is quite crispy and nicely cooked. It doesn't choke you while eating and doesn't grow in your mouth. The amount of meat in the pita is sufficient. What I like most about eating this pita is being able to clearly taste the tomatoes, peppers and meat separately. It was successful in this sense. I recommend it.
