At the entrance of the shop, the whole lamb is rotating on a spit. It's served in portions like this; for a more filling meal, you can order 1.5 portions or by the kilogram. You can choose between bone-in or boneless. I recommend it if you want a beautifully cooked, tender, and juicy lamb that isn't dry.

Read the full reviewIt has been my favorite food since I was a kid. The meat is really delicious and melts in your mouth, flows with the oily bread. You can go to Gümüşhacıköy just to eat it. We chose it as 1 kilo and ate it for 4 people. It was filling. The price I wrote is for 1 kilo. They serve it with salad and sumac onions. I highly recommend it.

Read the full reviewSırık Kebabı is a traditional whole-roasted lamb dish originating from the Çorum region of Turkey. The name 'sırık' refers to the long wooden pole or spit on which the entire lamb is skewered. The lamb is slowly rotated over a wood fire for several hours, allowing it to cook evenly and baste in its own juices.
