The standard burger consists of a bun, patty, and cheddar cheese, but you're expected to add about 10 different toppings to your burger. Or maybe it's some kind of puzzle, I couldn't quite figure it out. Instead, I think it would have been better to highlight a few of their signature products. Since they're focusing on the standard burger, I opted for the standard one. The burger patty is 80g, but you can't really taste the flavor that way; you can add more, but then the already exorbitant price increases even more. The bun is soft and has a nice texture, but it doesn't offer a unique flavor. I don't feel the need to go back.
I tried the Mush Burger. The meat was medium rare. It was very tasty. Even though I wasn't very hungry, I ate the whole thing. My only negative criticism is that the burger was very greasy, which was a bit cloying. It also had smoked cheese in it, which was a nice touch. I didn't like the seasoned fries at the restaurant, but I didn't deduct points for that; I'm only evaluating the burger's performance. So, it's a good burger, I'd go again.
I tried to eat a burger from a local burger place in Istanbul. The burger was generally delicious, while you don't feel the meat that much when you eat a burger from another burger place, it was obvious that we were eating mostly meat. I didn't like that there was no pickle, onion, tomato or lettuce inside, but it can be said to be the number one place to go for those who prefer plain burgers.
A few more ingredients could have been added to the hamburger. The chicken and potatoes were nicely fried and overall it was delicious.
Delicious and different type burger. If you want to eat a burger with interesting sauces, worth to try
A patty of ground beef cooked on a flat griddle or over a grill, served in a soft round bun with some combination of onion, pickle, lettuce, tomato, cheese and sauce: the burger has been built that way for over a century, and most of what goes wrong with it still happens at the griddle.
