What to eat in Turkey?

The portion size is awful, thankfully we're only rating the taste. This waffle is called a black triangle waffle, and the photo on the QR code menu was small. However, even the large waffles from our university years have shrunk in portion size. I hope the taste doesn't deteriorate. I think there was a Turkish flag on it because it's October 29th. It was a nice presentation. You feel happy while eating the waffle. It's not doughy, nor is it crispy. It appealed to both the eye and the palate. I liked this one the most in Kocaeli. People would come from Izmit to Değirmendere just to eat this.

The unique thing about this place is the constant cycle of grilling, so charcoal is available at all hours of the day. You can enjoy your preferred skewer in a casual and friendly atmosphere without waiting for hours. The amount of meat in the lamb skewer was good, and it was nicely spread inside the wrap. Although the wrap bread looked thick, it was soft and managed to become a cohesive whole by absorbing the sauce. I think if the amount of spices were reduced and the meat flavor were brought out a little more, it would be an even more successful wrap.

Our eyes and our stomachs were satisfied. It was neither too thin nor too thick a lahmacun. If you make it a horizontal wrap, you can fit the salads inside :d Increase the amount of onion and lemon that comes with it so we can make a fuller lahmacun wrap. Still, it was good and not too greasy.

A piping hot soup that warms you from the first sip. Don't eat it without blowing on it first. The place is crowded because the soup is good. A well-balanced soup.

In my opinion, this was by far one of the best items on the shop; the thickly sliced onion rings, despite being crispy in the breading, were beautifully cooked. The breading had a slightly sweet taste, which almost made the onion rings resemble Turkish lokma (a type of Turkish dessert). I liked it.

A quick and practical meal. Finally, we met our protein needs cheaply. Quite filling. Apparently, they use Baldo rice and have an athlete's menu. Sprinkle some black pepper on top, and with a glass of ayran (yogurt drink), it just melts in your mouth. We will advocate for clean food. I'm increasing the score by 0.2 points; I was actually going to give it 7.88, but I rounded it. Dear Bitecritic officials, please do something so that Ankara bowls also become this pricey.
