Fragole al vino
Fragole al vino is a traditional dessert. It consists of fresh strawberries, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar, and wine. The use of fresh strawberries makes this dessert very seasonal. The dessert can be served at room temperature or slightly chilled. It's recommended to garnish it with a mint sprig. Any type of wine can be used, just remember that a white, rosé, or dessert wine usually require chilling in the fridge a bit before serving.
