Kraya sat

Kraya sat or krayasat is a traditional dessert that's often a part of Buddhist ceremonies as an offering to the monks. The dessert is usually made with a combination of sugar cane, sesame, coconut, peanuts, and sticky rice. This sticky and sweet treat is often compared to a granola bar, and it's typically wrapped in a banana leaf. Kraya sat is traditionally served during a national holiday known as Festival of Offerings to the Dead.
