Mulun
Mulun is an ancient sweet dish from Talamona, made with chestnuts and beans cooked in sweetened milk. It is flavored with cinnamon and pepper, while butter is added for extra creaminess. The mixture must be continuously stirred until the texture that is similar to polenta is achieved, and it is then transferred to a plate and cut into slices. Mulun can be enjoyed both warm or cold, and slices are often served topped with whipped cream.
