Torta Rogoznica is a decadent Croatian cake named after its place of origin, Rogoznica. The cake is made with egg yolks, egg whites, sugar, ground almonds, and chocolate. Lemon and orange zest are traditionally mixed into the concoction for extra flavor. When the cake has been baked, it is glazed so that the top is snowy white in color, giving it a nice visual appearance.
