Tahinli Pide is a unique sweet variation of the Turkish pide, originating mainly from the Central Anatolia region. Instead of savory fillings, this flatbread is generously topped with a mixture of tahini (sesame paste) and sugar or molasses (pekmez). As it bakes, the tahini caramelizes, creating a rich, nutty, and sweet topping that pairs perfectly with the crispy dough. Often sprinkled with walnuts or sesame seeds for added crunch, it is a popular treat during Ramadan or as a breakfast item. The distinct flavor of roasted sesame combined with sweetness makes Tahinli Pide an unforgettable culinary experience.

Tahinli Pide

Mis gibi bi tatlı olmuş. Tahin ve bal oranı baymıyor. Ceviz doluydu içi. Yedikçe yedim. Gayet güzel giderseniz deneyin

Etin yumuşaklığı güzel, yanmamış. Sıcak yağlı bir et yemeği. Tuz eklememe gerek kalmadı iyiydi. Yediğim için mutlu oldum. Güzeldi
