Medium cooked beef tenderloin.

It was super nice.

On the side a potato mash with truffle creates a nice contrast. It could be served hotter. Amount was nice and tasteful.
Grilled zucchini is a nice touch and i will try it home as well.

Overall salt was missing but i really enjoyed it.

Again super pricey…
