Good tasting cilbir but very spicy, too much for me, pomegranate and pistachios added extra tastiness to the dish, the wrap was served with it was ok nothing special.
Eggs were cold, the yogurt sauce at the bottom was too liquified for cilbir. Lettuces are redundant for this dish.
The eggs were overcooked not poached egg at all. Pita breads were warm and fresh. But this course is all about eggs so it disappointed me.
Well well well a Turkish classic in Netherlands. Quality of the ingredients was nice.Nice amount of yogurt. 2 pieces of flat bread. Nicely cooked eggs. My suggestion to the chef is if this is a Turkish dish, you need to put some garlic in the yogurt!
