What to eat in Hatay?

Honestly, maybe it was because we missed it or something, I devoured it. That juicy tomato-fried Adana kebab was incredibly good. Sesame seeds were a perfect match. It was delicious. Because the shop was short-staffed, it arrived very late, and there wasn't any salad, hummus, or anything else to accompany it. Still, it was one of the best Harbiye kebabs I've ever had.

I am so happy to have eaten this wonderful meal. This meal called Harbiye kebab is served between adana, onion, roasted tomatoes, parsley and sauce in a heated lavash with tomato paste. Spice can be added if desired. The meal tasted very good, it was lacking salt, my friends also commented on the salt. When you bite the bread, you have to inhale the food and bite it so that the tomato sauce does not splash onto the paper. I ate 1.5 pieces because I liked it so much. The spicy one was really spicy, which added extra flavor. The food on the table was complimentary, but the abugannuş salad with eggplant is sold for money, just so you know. Thanks poor kebab!

Most of the things on the table were delicious. When the hot ones are finished, you can get a new one whenever you want. There were nearly 20 different kinds on the table. The cheese filled pastry and peanuts were very good. Pepper bread was dry. The staff was nice, coffee was served in a tea glass after breakfast. If you want a table with a view, you need to reserve a place 1 day in advance, the place is usually full.

That first bite with tomato sauce was very good, only it was a little salty. The bread is very well toasted, if you eat it with 1 piece of bread, the contents can explode, so I recommend you eat it with 2 pieces of bread. After the meal, the bitter feeling only remains in your mouth, it does not burn your stomach.

The meatballs were missing salt. Although we asked for a little spicy, they were very spicy. Other than that, it was good. The sauce and meatballs left a nice taste in the mouth.
