The tripe soup has a nice seasoning; it's not overly thick or pungent. The tripe pieces are well-cooked and tender, and the size is just right, not too thin. This is the first time I've seen it served with mint on top, but it doesn't detract from it. I recommend it.

I was upset and after eating the liver, all my joy came back. The meat-fat ratio is very good, it is never dry, it melts on the tongue, the portion is not heavy, it is very filling, the price-performance ratio shows that it is a quality taste in a small town. We would go again just to eat it, we preferred it with chips on the side, I recommend it to everyone.
