When you delete your account, your personal information will be anonymized, but your reviews and other contributed content may be retained
Content will appear as posted by "Anonymous User" after account deletion
For complete deletion of all content, you must contact us directly at hurricanesoftwaresolutions@gmail.com
We may continue to display anonymized reviews to preserve the value of the platform for all users

BiteCritic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Partner Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion
Subscription fees, pricing tiers, and payment terms are subject to change at any time; we will provide reasonable notice of pricing changes, but continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance
Features, functionalities, and tools available to partners may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice or compensation
Partner status, verification, and approval are granted at BiteCritic's sole discretion and may be revoked at any time for any reason
BiteCritic makes no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of analytics data, customer insights, or any other partner features
Partners are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection, consumer protection, and advertising regulations
BiteCritic is not liable for any business decisions made based on data or insights provided through the Partner Program
We reserve the right to limit, restrict, or terminate partner access to any features or the entire program without liability
Any promotional materials, discounts, or special offers provided to partners may be modified or withdrawn at any time
Partner accounts inactive for 12 months may be downgraded or terminated without notice

Loyalty Program Terms

The BiteCritic Loyalty Program allows users to earn points through reviews and redeem rewards at participating restaurants. By participating in the Loyalty Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

BiteCritic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to other users, or sold
The point earning rate, redemption thresholds, and reward values are subject to change at any time without prior notice
Points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity or upon program termination
BiteCritic may adjust, void, or forfeit points obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms
Rewards are provided by participating partner restaurants; BiteCritic makes no guarantees regarding reward availability, quality, or fulfillment
Partner restaurants may modify or discontinue their rewards at any time; BiteCritic is not responsible for any changes made by partners
BiteCritic is not liable for any disputes between users and partner restaurants regarding reward redemption
We reserve the right to limit the number of points earned, rewards redeemed, or participation in promotional activities
Upon account termination or program discontinuation, all accumulated points will be forfeited without compensation
BiteCritic may require identity verification before allowing high-value reward redemptions
Abuse of the loyalty system, including but not limited to fake reviews, multiple accounts, or collusion with partners, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all points

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

BiteCritic provides the platform and all services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
BiteCritic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to BiteCritic in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
BiteCritic is not liable for actions, content, or conduct of third parties, including partner restaurants and other users
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the platform
You agree to indemnify and hold BiteCritic harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms

Modifications to Terms

BiteCritic reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time:

We may modify these terms at our sole discretion without prior notice
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms
