I am so happy to have eaten this wonderful meal. This meal called Harbiye kebab is served between adana, onion, roasted tomatoes, parsley and sauce in a heated lavash with tomato paste. Spice can be added if desired. The meal tasted very good, it was lacking salt, my friends also commented on the salt. When you bite the bread, you have to inhale the food and bite it so that the tomato sauce does not splash onto the paper. I ate 1.5 pieces because I liked it so much. The spicy one was really spicy, which added extra flavor. The food on the table was complimentary, but the abugannuş salad with eggplant is sold for money, just so you know. Thanks poor kebab!
