Be kin

Be kin is a Burmese duck specialty inspired by Chinese-style roast duck. A whole duck is marinated in a mixture of sauces, spices, and seasonings, and it is then glazed before being roasted to perfection. Crispy on the outside, tender and succulent on the inside, the duck is typically cut into sections before serving, and it is usually accompanied by a glass of ice-cold beer, duck sauce, and chili sauce on the side.
