Chosilog

Chosilog is a traditional meal and a part of silog dishes that are commonly served for breakfast. The dish consists of chorizo sausage, garlic fried rice, and fried eggs. The Filipino chorizo is a pork sausage known for its savory flavors and tender texture. Cold cooked rice is fried with garlic in oil, and the eggs are fried sunny side up.
