Ćuftetara
Ćuftetara is a traditional Bosnian dish of potato patties that can be both a main dish and a side dish. Potatoes and onions are cubed, mixed with a bit of flour and seasonings, shaped into patties, and placed inside an oiled baking tray. Once baked, the potato patties are poured over with milk and sour cream or a mix of sour cream and cream.
