Kalamperova juha

Kalamperova juha is a traditional dish originating from the region of Međimurje. The soup is made with a combination of potatoes, water, pork fat, flour, onions, paprika, bay leaves, vinegar, and salt. The flour and onions are sautéed in fat, then mixed with chopped potatoes, paprika powder, and bay leaves. The mixture is covered with water and simmered. When the potatoes become tender, vinegar is added to the mixture and the soup is ready to be served.
