Nassau Chicken

Nassau chicken is a traditional dish originating from Nassau. The dish is usually made with a combination of chicken pieces, evaporated milk, cream of mushroom soup, paprika, garlic, salt, and parsley. The chicken pieces are spread out in a shallow baking pan or a casserole pan and sprinkled with garlic and salt. The mushroom soup is mixed with the evaporated milk, and the combination is then poured over the meat. Everything is sprinkled with paprika powder and chopped parsley, and the dish is then baked for more than an hour in the oven.
