Pork and Puha

This quintessential Māori dish combines pork bones with a traditional green leafy vegetable called puha. With additional vegetables such as carrots, pumpkin, sweet yams, and potatoes, the ingredients are cooked in a pork-based broth and are traditionally enjoyed as a hearty, nourishing soup. The dish is often accompanied by bread or served alongside dumplings.
