Rabri

Rabri is a creamy Indian dessert prepared with milk that is slowly simmered until thick. The milk is usually enriched with sugar, cardamom, saffron, or rose water, as well as sliced nuts such as pistachios or almonds. Rabri can be enjoyed on its own, warm or well-chilled, but it is also commonly served with fried zulbia (jalebi) or pancake-like malpua.
