Šestinska pečenica

Šestinska pečenica is a Croatian meat dish originating from Zagreb. This simple dish is prepared by skewering three pieces of a pork cutlet, then cooking the meat on a grill. The meat is seasoned only with salt. After the meat has been grilled, it is traditionally served with raw onions and a tasty relish based on eggplants and peppers, called ajvar.
