Tinapa Rice

Tinapa rice is a traditional rice dish originating from the Philippines. It's prepared with a combination of rice, eggs, onions, garlic, smoked fish flakes (tinapa), soy sauce, scallions, oil, salt, and pepper. The ingredients are stir-fried in a wok until everything is fully cooked and tender. If desired, the rice can be fried until it starts to become crispy. Tinapa rice is traditionally served hot. The dish is praised as a great way to use leftover rice.
