Canapés Bernois

Pieces of toast are first shaped like triangles, spread with anchovy butter, then decorated with a topping made from minced egg whites, minced gherkins, and minced egg yolks, with each ingredient arranged on separate sides of the toast. The dish is finished by placing a stuffed olive in the center.
