Acar Köşe Çorbacısı

Süt Helvası, or Milk Halva, is a distinctive dessert hailing from Bursa, Turkey. Unlike traditional flour or semolina halvas, this version has a custard-like consistency and is baked until it develops a caramelized, golden-brown crust. Made primarily from milk, flour, sugar, and butter, it is creamy, smooth, and served warm. The contrast between the milky, soft interior and the slightly burnt top gives it a unique character similar to crème brûlée but with a denser, more wholesome texture. It is a comforting sweet treat, perfect after a savory meal like Iskender Kebab. Its simplicity in ingredients belies the mastery required to achieve the perfect wobble and crust.

Tavsiye ederim.
