Celal Et Kebap Balgat

Patlıcanlı kebap is a traditional type of kebab originating from T&uuml;rkiye, and it's especially popular in Gaziantep, Adıyaman, and Şanlıurfa. The dish is usually made with a combination of eggplants, tomatoes, garlic, bell peppers, ground meat (beef or lamb), onions, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, cumin, red pepper flakes, baking soda, tomato paste, and oil. The eggplants are sliced and placed in a bowl with salted water. The ground meat is mixed with onions, garlic, breadcrumbs, seasonings, and baking soda. The mixture is shaped into meatballs that are placed onto skewers with alternating slices of eggplants. The kebabs are topped with a sauce consisting of tomato paste, oil, salt, and pepper. They're baked in the oven with tomatoes, bell peppers, and garlic for about an hour. Once done, eggplant kebabs are typically served with rice on the side. Alternatively, the kebab can also be grilled over a fire.

Patlıcanlı kebap

Adana kebap is a popular skewered meat dish named after one of the most famous kebab cities in the country, Adana. This kebab is made with ground lamb and tail fat that are kneaded together with garlic, onion, paprika, and hot red pepper flakes, giving it a deep red color and a spicy flavor. The whole concoction is typically placed around large and flat metal skewers, then grilled. Once it's done, the grilled meat is traditionally served on a platter over flatbreads, peppers, and tomatoes, or stuffed into pita bread along with a salad consisting of parsley and red onions. Before the pita is rolled, the meat is usually topped with roasted chilies, salt, cumin, and sumac. It is recommended to pair Adana kebap with ayran &ndash; a slightly salty, yogurt-based beverage or şalgam, a non-alcoholic fermented beverage made from vegetables and red carrots.

Mekan orta üst sınıfta konumlandırabileceğimiz bir kebapçı. Vale hizmeti, bekleme salonu, masalarla ilgilenen garsonların tavrı ile gayet şık bir mekan. Menü içerisindeki fiyatlandırmalar beklediğimden daha uygundu. Ortalama aspava fiyatlarıyla aynı fiyatta daha kaliteli bir hizmet alıyorsunuz. Mekanda göze çarpan mahalle kebabı içerisinde adana ciğer ve kuzuya yer vermekle birlikte dükkana has bir tabak 650TL fiyatıyla da gayet cazip onu almadım ancak bir dahaki sefere onu alırım.

Patlıcan kebabındaki patlıcanlar oldukça rahat soyuldu. Etli ve yumusaktılar. Acı değillerdi. Kebapta yer alan etler lezzetliydi. Ancak patlıcan ete göre daha tatsız gelmişti. Birlikte yememe rağmen etin tadını çekmemişti.

Yine de denenebilir. 

Geçen hafta bu güzel restoranı tercih ettik. Restorana gitmeden önce menüdeki yiyeceklerin görüntüsüne, içeriğine ve fiyatına instagram hesaplarındaki öne çıkarılanlar bölümünden ulaşabiliyorsunuz.
Cumartesi günü çok yoğun olduğu için telefonla rezervasyon yaptırmanızı öneririm. Biz restorandan çıkarken kapıda 7 8 müşteri sıra bekliyordu, restoran doluydu.
Masadaki ikramlar lezzetliydi. Ben mahalle kebabı tercih ettim adanası çok lezzetliydi, dana şiş yumuşaktı, ciğer güzeldi. Masadaki herkes memnun ayrıldı porsiyonlar gayet doyurucuydu. En son gelen künefe de iyiydi. Fotoğraftaki kuzu kaburgayı da yiyenler çok beğendi.

Masadaki peçete 1 taneydi tuz kimyon karabiber yoktu biz isteyince getirdiler bu yüzden biraz puan kırdım. Servis güzeldi çalışanlar iyiydi ortam güzeldi.
