Tuzlamanın terbiyesi her zamankinden farklı ama güzeldi. Açık renkli kalmıştı. Tuzlama parçaları güzel pişmişti sakız gibi değildi. Üzerine isteğe göre salçalı sos ve sarımsak ekleyebiliyorsunuz.
