They are almost exclusively cooked on a mangal, a rectangular charcoal grill that can be found in parks, picnic areas, and gardens across Turkey during the weekends. Tavuk kanat porsiyon 8 adet soslu geliyor. Tavuk gelene kadar ince açılmış toz biberli sıcak lavaş ekmeği ve soğan domates salatası geliyor. 

Tavuğun pişmesi ve sosu oldukça lezzetli. Bölgesinde fiyatı oldukça makul seviyede. Nisan ayı içerisinde porsiyon 280TL.
