Sini Mantı Çukurambar

Sini Mantı, or Tray Mantı, is a visually stunning and delicious variation of the classic Turkish dumpling dish. Instead of being boiled, these small, meat-filled dumplings are arranged snugly in a circular tray ('sini') and baked until they are golden brown and crispy. After baking, they are typically doused in a savory tomato-butter sauce and returned to the oven briefly to absorb the flavors, creating a delightful contrast between the crunchy top and soft bottom. Served with a generous dollop of garlic yogurt, Sini Mantı is a celebratory dish, often made for family gatherings, offering a different textural experience compared to the traditional boiled version.

Tavsiye etmem.
