I returned to the soup place I previously liked and wrote a review for on Bitecritic. The "Atom" soup contains everything you could want: head, tripe, feet, etc. The meat was chopped into small pieces. The soup was hot. I think it was a little too salty. It comes with a bowl of garlic on the side; you can take as much as you want. The shop is open 24/7. I would go again.
