I tried Edirne's famous liver dish here. Apparently, this is their most well-known restaurant. I really liked the liver. It has a unique preparation method. It's fried in a pan and is quite delicious. It was tender and tasted great. The peppers, tomatoes, and onions served at the table were very basic; they could increase the variety. I will definitely eat it again if I go.
