Güllaç review by Yehanoha at Kırk Fırın Kaşmir Center, Etimesgut/Ankara, Türkiye

After our previous experience with doughy güllaç, we decided to try the one we were determined to eat this time at Kırkfırına. It was a nice güllaç, with pistachios inside and pomegranate on top; the layers were separate and not doughy, nor too crispy.
