Hoagie review by Yehanoha at Shoku Sandwichbar, Çankaya/Ankara, Türkiye

We tried the newly opened and currently popular shoku sandwich. Naturally, the place is very crowded right now. The chef, waiter, and kitchen are all extremely tense. Out of 8 sandwiches, only one is chicken, the rest are made with smash patties. I recommend the chicken one; it has a unique flavor, the spicy sauce and the spiciness of the purple cabbage complement each other perfectly. The chicken is juicy and delicious. I can't say the same for the smash patty; don't expect a very different taste. Many people recommended their tiramisu, but I didn't get a chance to try it.
